Tap is a great workout for body and mind combining high intensity movements with intricate footwork and musicality.
Master the basics of tap or give yourself a quick refresher course in shuffles, beats, taps, digs, cramp rolls and timesteps. And don't worry if all that seems like a foreign language - it's much easier than you think. Come along and give it a go!
Who is it for
Everyone! All exercises can be adapted to meet differing abilities/experience and specific individual needs e.g. injuries.
What to wear & bring
Comfortable sportswear and initially firm soled shoes (tap shoes if you own any). A small towel and a bottle of water.
